We will aim to Delivery Your Special Pleaser Shoes within 7 to 14 days (not including the weekends and Bank Holidays), Ellie Shoes and Be Beautiful 14 days,  Pole Grips up to 3 weeks (not including the weekends and Bank Holidays), (not including the weekends and Bank Holidays), however, delays make occur due to Customs which is beyond our control. Please note we are Closed on a Thursday and Weekends. Occasionally items can be delivered separately.

UK Delivery is £2.49, NOT including Northern Ireland or Ireland. For international orders please email us for a postal quote. We do not offer free shipping to Europe. If your parcel is returned to us as you didn't take the collection, then a £6 charge will be charged to resend them back out to you. Please make sure we have your mobile number and an email address for our courier. Please add our email address, so we don't go into your junk folder.  

New Saturday delivery option, get your shoes delivered on a Saturday if ordered on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before 4pm for £5.

Returns Policy

If your purchase is damaged upon receipt, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, however, we will ask for photographic evidence via email in the first instance. Exchanges and Refunds can take upto 14 days.

We will then credit your account with the value of the goods. Please allow up to 14 days (from when we receive the damaged item back to us) for the credit to show on your account. If for any reason a wrong size has been ordered and an exchange is not wanted, a credit note will be issued to you for the full amount owed. We do not refund the postage costs in getting the goods originally to you, but we will refund postage costs for returned faulty/damaged items (but proof of costs are required). It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods and at their cost via tracked mail. Orders returned from abroad will not be refunded outward/return postage costs. Item/s must be returned in a brand new state with all stickers intact. If when your item/s are returned they look as though/are deemed to have been worn or have been damaged we will issue a credit note only. No refunds will be given for worn footwear and or intentionally damaged footwear.

Please take care of the goods and any packaging. If their value is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (particularly if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop) we reserve the right to deduct that amount from the refund, up to the value of the purchase price. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Need an exchange, no problem, please return the unworn shoes in the original packaging and we'll exchange them for you. Please write a reason for return along with your name and order number and details of exchange shoes/boots.A return postage will be charged for replacement shoes of £5.

Please make sure you have the correct size by checking our size guide, you have given us the right address and any delivery instructions.

If you order a product and you do not like it, for example, you bought the wrong size, color, style or is an unwanted gift, we do not legally have an obligation to refund on this item, however, we may offer an exchange or credit note. Please email us. 

We do not accept returns on custom made orders. for example aerial items. As a business seller, I have no other option than to have to check the 'returns accepted' button even though my items are made to order and under the distance selling regulations they clearly state that all items handmade to order are exempt from return.We do not have to accept returns on any items that are made to order. As per distance selling regulations 2000. The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including software, audio or video recordings that have been unsealed, perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been made to order.

All our footwear is checked upon dispatch.

IF SOMETHING’S GONE WRONG WITH AN ITEM YOU’VE BOUGHT, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER YOU BOUGHT THE ITEM NEW OR SECONDHAND - YOU'LL STILL HAVE RIGHTS.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ('NOT OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY').
UNUSABLE (‘NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE’).
NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED OR DOESN’T MATCH THE SELLER’S DESCRIPTION.

YOU WON’T HAVE ANY LEGAL RIGHTS IF:
IT WAS DAMAGED BY WEAR AND TEAR, AN ACCIDENT OR MISUSE.
YOU KNEW ABOUT THE FAULT BEFORE YOU BOUGHT THE ITEM.
YOU’VE JUST CHANGED YOUR MIND.

Pole Wear Returns
A credit note or full refund will be issued if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do.

A refund will not be issued if the item comes back not matching the same quality when sold, e.g. if the item comes back damaged, dirty, worn-out, with the label still attached and in the original box etc.

You may return any item in its original condition (Unworn and unwashed) for a credit note or refund within 14 working days from delivery.

You can return the items to us here at Heeler Dealers, 70 Ball Hayes Road, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 6PH.

Please make sure the items are correctly protected to avoid damage.

Please post your items back to us using a tracked service like Ipostparcels, Hermes or Royal Mail.

Heeler Dealers will not repair, replace or substitute any goods that have been, in our opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair or misuse.
